Mist eliminator , also called of demister pad, is made of knitted wire mesh. It is kind of filter media used for separating the steam vapor and the droplets, to improve the working efficiency. Stainless steel is the most common material for making the demister pad. And we company mainly produces the 304, 304L, 316, 316L demister pad.

304 Mist Eliminator
SS304 is produced in accordance with the American ASTM standard stainless steel grades. It is a very versatile stainless steel containing 19% chromium and 9% nickel. 304 is a stainless steel, the most widely used heat-resistant steel.
SS304 is widely used for the production requirements of well-integrated equipment and parts . 304 Mist Eliminator  is used for food production equipment, the past through chemical equipment, nuclear, etc.
 
304L Mist Eliminator
304L is low carbon 304 stainless steel variants, lower carbon content makes minimize carbide precipitated in the heat affected zone close to the weld, while the carbide precipitation may cause the stainless steel in some environments intergranular corrosion (welding erosion).  Used for the occasion requires welding
 
316 Mist Eliminator
Due to the addition of Mo, its corrosion resistance, resistance to atmospheric corrosion and high temperature strength is particularly good, can be used in the harshness of the conditions: the work hardening gifted (non-magnetic).
Used in sea, photographic equipment, chemicals, dyes, paper, oxalic acid, fertilizer and other production equipment, food industry, coastal facilities, rope, CD rods, bolts, nuts.
 
316L Mist Eliminator
316L is a molybdenum-containing stainless steel. Because of containing molybdenum, the overall performance of the steel is better than the 310 and 304 stainless steel. In high temperature conditions, when the concentration of sulfuric acid less than 15% and higher than 85%, 316L stainless steel is extensively used. It has exceptional resistance to pitting, excellent high-temperature creep strength.
316L stainless steel has a good resistance to chloride erosion performance. Chiefly for pitting corrosion-resistant material.
 
310 Mist Eliminator
SS310 is austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel having good resistance to oxidation and corrosion resistance, thanks to a higher percentage of chromium and nickel.  The 310 is made of high-alloy materials that have high temperature oxidation resistance.
SS310 has a much better creep strength. At elevated temperatures, it can be sustained operation and has a good temperature resistance. Principally used for the high-temperature steel.
 
321 Mist Eliminator
SS321 has excellent high temperature stress rupture performance and the performance of high-temperature creep resistance. Stress of mechanical properties is better than the 304 stainless steel.
SS321 at different concentrations and different temperatures of organic and inorganic acids, especially in the oxidizing medium having a good corrosion resistance, is used for the manufacture of the lining wear acid container and wearable devices, pipelines.
3 21 stainless steel is mainly used in anti-grain boundaries require high corrosive chemical, coal, petroleum industry open field machinery, building materials heat-resistant parts and heat treatment of the tricky parts.
